Shipping & Product Policy

We offer hundreds of plant species and variations. While we keep popular plants in stock, it is not always possible to hold large quantities of every item.

To ensure quality, we operate with low stock levels and weekly imports, so plants arrive fresh and in the best possible condition. Because of this, delivery may sometimes take up to one week, and in rare cases up to two weeks.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept this process, as it allows us to consistently provide fresh, healthy plants rather than older stored stock.

Livestock Safety

We have worked with the same trusted suppliers for many years and have not experienced issues with fish or shrimp losses after introducing our plants.

However, please note that these are affordable, farm-grown plants, not sterile laboratory-grown (in-vitro) plants. If you require ultra-clean or guaranteed sterile plants, we recommend choosing in-vitro options, which are typically more expensive.

Snails & Natural Organisms

Our plants are grown in large aquatic farms. As a result, there is a small chance of snails or other natural organisms being present.

This is normal for non–in-vitro plants. If you require completely sterile plants, you will need to purchase in-vitro plants at a higher price.
