Shipping Policy
Orders are dispatched in 1–2 business days when in stock. Handmade items may occasionally require a longer lead time; any change will be confirmed before dispatch. UK delivery is calculated by parcel weight at checkout. Free local collection is available by prior arrangement.
Refund Policy
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact AquaStacks promptly with your order details and photographs where possible. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
To request cancellation, contact AquaStacks as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and arrange any applicable refund. If it has already been dispatched, the returns process will apply.
