Simple Pricing:

  • Standard / Basic sellers: 9.5% flat fee per sale.
  • Professional and Premium members pay much lower fees. Please see details on our Pricing and membership page.
  • No listing fees. No setup fees. Pay only when you sell.

Seller Standards:

  • You must follow the 1-hour DOA policy.
  • Ship live animals safely with next-day courier or allow personal collection.
  • Large animals (dogs, cats, etc.) must be collected personally.
  • Provide accurate listings and communicate clearly.

Platform Integrity:

  • All transactions and communication must stay on AquaBay.
  • Any attempt to avoid AquaBay fees by arranging off-platform sales is a violation of our terms.
  • This behaviour will lead to account suspension or removal.
  • We work hard to run this platform and support our sellers – fairness is non-negotiable.

Buyers Trust You:

  • DOA claims reported within 1 hour are automatically valid if photo evidence is provided.
  • AquaBay protects sellers from unfair claims (e.g., colour differences, juvenile size, safe defrosted food).
