If you sell regularly or run an online pet business, you can reduce your selling fees with a membership plan.

Membership plans allow you to lower your selling fee to:

  • 7.5% per sale
  • 5.5% per sale

Don’t worry — this does not mean you need to run a business.

A shop simply means your personal seller page, where buyers can see all your items in one place.

Private sellers are very welcome and can still sell normally.

You can:

  • sell as a private hobbyist
  • sell as a breeder or collector
  • sell as a pet business

If you prefer, you can simply use your username as your shop name.

Your shop also allows you to:

  • show all your listings in one place
  • set one policy for all your items
  • help buyers find everything you sell easily

Unlike many marketplaces, this feature is completely free on AquaBay.

  • Follow the 1-hour DOA policy for livestock sales
  • Ship live animals safely using next-day courier or allow personal collection
  • Ensure large animals (dogs, cats, etc.) are collected in person
  • Provide accurate listings and honest descriptions
  • Communicate clearly with buyers

These simple rules help keep the marketplace safe and trusted for everyone.

Trying to arrange sales outside the platform to avoid fees is not allowed.

Accounts that break these rules may be suspended or permanently removed.
